Course Objective is to form basic knowledge about modern methods for protein production in various recombinant expression systems; protein isolation and purification protocols; refolding of globular and membrane proteins; studying the functional activity of recombinant proteins. The obtained knowledge will be useful for students planning to obtain recombinant proteins for their study by molecular and structural biology methods.
